My client found me on his search using Google.

My client ask me to look at his wooden garage door and to give him a bid on refinishing the garage door.
When I visited with my client I found out that his garage door was weathered for rain and direct sun.
I gave him the bid and he gave me a go ahead and refinish his wooden garage overhead door.

The first step was applying deep penetrating oil based stain.
The second step was applying Tung oil as a wood conditioner.
Last step was applying a coat of satin varnish.

My client was very happy with results and asked me if I am willing come to his house once a year to to recondition his      wooden garage door, my answer was yes.
It is a very good idea to condition all woodwork that is exposed the weather.
