These shutters are made with clear cedar wood.
The shutters are finished with linseed oil with no stain to keep the natural beauty of the wood.
The shutters are screwed to the block wall. They are stationary.
The installation:
Drill four holes in the shutter, then hold the shutter in the right position and mark the wall with pencil for drilling wall.

Drill four 3/8 of an inch diameter holes in the block wall.
Pound wood tightly into the holes, Line up the shutter withe holes and drive four screws into the wall.
Now the final touch, install the plugs with a little glue.
The shutters are only for decoration.
